Riverside Hotel Fort Lauderdale

Wonderful hotel right on the river walk. Steps from the water taxi stop. Ate at 2 of their 4 restaurants. The bakery has great reasonably priced breakfast items and huge, delicious sandwiches. Used the beautiful pool that looks out on the river. They want a microwave in the room, but there was one at the end of the hall you can use, that is built into a storage room door. If you aren't looking for it, you won't even see it!

This is our favorite hotel to stay in Fort Lauderdale! Amazing location! The pool, riverwalk, restaurants within walking distance all phenomenal. A short rideshare to Amerant Arena and we can see some Panthers hockey. Service is always great, they hold our bags if we arrive early. Rooms are always modern and clean.

Perfect location on the dead center of the best part of Los Olas blvd. Great views of the area from our room with a balcony. Dont miss the breakfast french toast in “ “ The Wild Sea” restaurant in the lobby. Super nice staff. Clean rooms. What more could you ask?

We’ve been coming to Fort Lauderdale for the past four years, and our stay at Riverside Hotel Las Olas was hands down our best hotel experience yet. Our room on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing — breathtaking views, a spacious balcony, and the perfect place to relax and take it all in. We were celebrating a birthday, and the staff went above and beyond by surprising us with special birthday treats delivered to our room. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration even more memorable. A very special thank you to Merline and Larika, who were incredibly attentive to every one of our needs. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay fun, enjoyable, and safe. Their hospitality made all the difference. The workout facilities were the best we’ve experienced — spacious, filled with every piece of equipment you could need, incredible views, and even a sauna. The pool area also offered fantastic views and was the perfect spot to unwind. One of the things we appreciated most was the location — walking distance to everything on Las Olas, yet quiet and peaceful at night so we could rest without disruption. This was easily our best hotel experience since we started visiting each year. We’ll absolutely be back!

Opened for business in 1936. For a slice of "old Florida" charm this is a delightful hotel. Great location on Las Olas Blvd. Lots of restaurants and upscale shopping. The New River is out in the backyard. The Boathouse is a lovely back porch lunch spot right on the waterway.

DeDe checked us into the Riverside Hotel and was incredibly kind and welcoming! The property was historic and decorated beautifully for Christmas. The resort was clean and very well maintained. Our room was in the tower, was spacious, and spotless. We loved the pool, and The Boathouse restaurant that is adjacent to the pool area was delicious! The water taxi is right next to the Riverside, along with many restaurant options.

I’ve stayed at the Riverside Hotel a few times when I’m in Fort Lauderdale for work, and it’s become my go-to. The location is hard to beat—right between Las Olas and the Riverwalk, perfect for morning runs or easy walks, and if you’re on floors two or three you can skip the elevator and take the central stairs. The hotel bar is excellent, with a solid happy hour and a relaxed vibe. Rooms feel fresh and updated, while the lobby keeps that old-school Florida charm that somehow still works.

I was lucky enough to have the most beautiful wedding at this establishment, which was headed by Daniela who I cannot say more about she is an expert and truly looks at every detail. She is super efficient. A lovely person and completely professional could not have asked for more if you are having your wedding here definitely Ask for Daniela She is five star
